Excess Luggage:
BC Transit's priority is to carry people not luggage. We do our best to accommodate all customers, but oversize luggage and backpacks are a safety concern and can be difficult to accommodate on any transit system. Please put your luggage on your lap or on the floor where it will not obstruct the aisle. There will be trips where we cannot accommodate everyone with their luggage. In these situations we will do our best to inform you when the next transit bus is scheduled and what other transportation options are available to you. If you are planning to travel with large luggage, Pacific Coach Lines serves the Swartz Bay and Tsawwassen ferry terminals and is well equipped for passenger and luggage service.
