The GradPass Program was developed in 1988 by Counterattack, BC Transit and various school boards.

The Program allows graduating Grade 12 students to ride the transit buses free of charge for any two consecutive days in June.

GradPasses are ordered once a year in early March and distributed to the schools in late May.
