handyDART

handyDART is a transportation service for persons who have a disability that is sufficiently severe that the person is unable to use conventional transit service without assistance. handyDART service is provided to and from accessible building entrances. handyDART RegistrationThere is no fee to register with handyDART, but you must be registered before you can use the service. Please call 492-5814 on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. When you call, the handyDART staff will ask your name, mailing address and telephone number, then send you an application form. Please complete the application and return it to Penticton & District Community Resources Society, 60 Calgary Avenue, Penticton, V2A 2T6. Booking a handyDART TripTo book a trip, and to register with handyDART, call 492-5814 between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. There are two types of service:
Cancelling a TripIf your plans change, and you don't need a scheduled pick-up, please call handyDART as soon as possible so that we can schedule a trip for someone else. handyDART Fares
