Health Connections: Logan Lake and Area Transit

Health Connections is a partnership that provides you with transportation options and increases your access to non-emergency medical appointments.

To take advantage of the transit service, you must call 1-888-376-7525 to arrange your trip. Transit staff will let you know the exact time of pick up.

When scheduling medical appointments with a doctor, let the receptionist know that you will be using Health Connections. Although medical appointments have priority, everyone is eligible to use this service if space is available.

Funding and planning is shared between Interior Health Authority, City of Kamloops and BC Transit. Decisions about fares, routes and service levels are made by the Interior Health and the City based on information and planning provided by the Municipal Systems Program of BC Transit.

The service is operated by Farwest Coach Inc.

Transit Service on Mondays and Wednesdays (effective April 1, 2008)

Logan Lake to Kamloops

The bus will leave Logan Lake at 8:30am, arriving in Kamloops at about 9:30am.

If you have mobility difficulties, special door-to-door service will be available.

The bus will leave Kamloops at 3:00pm, arriving in Logan Lake at about 4:00pm.

Transit Service on Tuesday

Merritt to Kamloops

The bus will leave Merritt at 8:00am, arriving in Kamloops at 9:30am.

If you have mobility difficulties, special door-to-door service will be available.

The bus will leave Kamloops at 3:00pm, arriving in Merritt at 4:30pm.

Transit Service on Thursday

Logan Lake - Merritt - Kelowna

Thursdays - the bus leaves Logan Lake at 8:00am, Merritt at 8:30am, arriving in Kelowna at about 10:15am.

If you have mobility difficulties, special door-to-door service will be available.

The bus will leave Kelowna at 1:30pm, arriving in Merritt at 3:00pm and Logan Lake at 3:30pm.

Transit Service on Friday

Chase to Kamloops

The bus will leave Chase at 9:00am, arriving in Kamloops at 10:00am.

If you have mobility difficulties, special door-to-door service will be available.

The bus will leave Kamloops at 3:30pm, arriving in Chase at 4:30pm.

One-way fare $5.00. Have your exact fare ready as the driver does not carry change.
