The door-to-door service is for persons who have a disability that is sufficiently
severe that the person is unable to use conventional transit service without assistance.
This applies to long-term and short-term disabilities. The Door-to-Door service
is provided to and from accessible building entrances. RegistrationThere
is no fee to register for the Door-to-Door Service. Simply call 1.877.843.2877
from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Please leave a message if the dispatcher
is not available. When you call, the dispatcher will ask your name, mailing
address and telephone number, and some questions about your level of mobility.

of OperationMonday to Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Booking
a Trip To book a trip call 1.877.843.2877. If the dispatcher is not available
at the time you called, someone will call you back to confirm your booking. Please
call at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled pickup time. There are two
types of service: - Regular subscription trips once a week or more often.
- One-time trips for purposes such as shopping, social visits or recreational
activities.
Cancelling a TripIf your plans change, and you no
longer need your reserved seat, please call 1.877.843.2877 as soon as possible
so that the dispatcher can schedule a trip for someone else. FaresAll
passengers: $1.50 for a one-way trip. More InformationFor more
