Funding for the transit service is cost shared between the Thompson-Nicola Regional District and BC Transit, with a percentage coming from revenue fares.

Decisions about fares, routes and service levels are made by the Thompson-Nicola Regional District based on information and planning provided by BC Transit.

The transit system is operated by Yellowhead Community Services.
