Beginners are welcome at all classes!

Ball Core: The stability ball has become so popular for improving the strength and endurance of your abdominal and back muscles. Challenge your balance, strength and flexibility with an emphasis on posture and stabilization of core body areas. Learn how to use body bars, bands and weights on the ball. No cardio component.

Boot Camp: This is an intense cardio and strength class for ALL LEVELS. It is designed to help you improve your fitness. This class uses a variety of fitness equipment in a dance free, level pushing format.

Deep Water Runners: Do you want to burn major calories? Try this total body conditioning activity that uses all major muscle groups. Running with water suport reduces stress on joints and leaves you invigorated, empowered and relaxed. Get ready to improve your endurance, strength, heart & lung function, core stability and muscular balance.

Flow Yoga: An active style of yoga linking poses together with the breath. Flow yoga modifies the poses for greater safety. Flow yoga can be practiced by every body, and brings the perfect balance of energy and calm to the body and mind.

Powerflow Yoga: Start your weekend off right with an invigorating, flowing yoga practice! Unite your postures and breath to gain a deeper connection to the body and mind. With awareness and creativity, listen and flow with the movements to deepen and revitalize. Move with breath and vitality.

YinYoga: Learn to relax into your body, move gracefully and achieve a deeply meditative state while supporting the function and health of the connective and muscle tissues. Yin Yoga classes include a combination of moving and longer held seated postures, targeting specific areas of the body. Enjoy the benefits of this energetically restorative practice that anyone can access.
