Challenge your balance, strength and flexibility with an emphasis on posture and stabilization of core body areas. Learn how to use body bars, bands and weights on the ball. No cardio component. Boot Camp: This is an intense cardio and strength class for ALL LEVELS. It is designed to help you improve your fitness. This class uses a variety of fitness equipment in a dance free, level pushing format. Flow Yoga: An active style of yoga linking poses together with the breath. Flow yoga modifies the poses for greater safety. Flow yoga can be practiced by every body, and brings the perfect balance of energy and calm to the body and mind. Fusion Pilates: Fusion Pilates is a blend of evolved Pilates mat training exercises and current Pilates & fitness core training practices. This class will focus on isolated and integrated core conditioning through series of functional movements to strengthen, create balance and increase flexibility. Pilates: Using the fundamentals of Stott Pilates core stabilization as a base, this class includes strength and stretching principles from yoga, floor barre, & resistance training with a variety of props to provide a complete workout. By training your core powerhouse you reclaim your optimal spinal health, find new freedom in movement and strengthen from the inside out. YinYoga: Learn to relax into your body, move gracefully and achieve a deeply meditative state while supporting the function and health of the connective and muscle tissues. Yin Yoga classes include a combination of moving and longer held seated postures, targeting specific areas of the body.
