A Canadian Urban Transit Association Initiative

It has never been easier for Canadians to make their elected officials aware of the pressing transit related issues affecting their cities and communities.

The Canadian Urban Transit Association has facilitated action on transit through a new on-line advocacy tool called the Transit Action Centre. When you enter your postal code, the site automatically finds your Federal MP, relevant federal Cabinet Ministers and Provincial Premier.

The Transit Action Centre tool then enables you to create and customize a pre-written letter or e-card on various transit related campaigns. At the press of a button, the message is then sent directly to elected officials by email.

• Tax Exempt Transit Benefits for Canadian Workers
